Photo albums (disassembled) also include lists of delegates and staff, program planning information, articles, agendas, activities, some programs and correspondence, provincial camper crest, etc. Most group photographs are identified. Minutes are from annual, executive, and directors meetings, various committee meetings; various conference proceedings. Also includes various Junior Farmers' Association crests, pin, and medallion attached to a ribbon.

Following six weeks short courses in York, Peel, Durham and Middlesex Counties in 1914, Junior Farmer Improvement Associations were formed. A year later, Junior Institutes came into being. The museum was a project of the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food and was conceived in 1966. Equipment, machines and tools were assembled over the years by Charles Matthews of Langstaff.
